AAPI (American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin) India is a non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. It is registered with the Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Central Registration Center.

TO CREATE, INCREASE and PROMOTE social and public awareness of health and to foster and promote excellence and consistency of education
To ADVISE, FACILITATE, and ACT as the coordinating body representing major groups involved in the teaching and practice of health in India
TO GATHER, COLLATE and DESIMENATE scientific information regarding all aspects of health
To FACILITATE, WORK and LIAISON to Bridge gap in communication and respect between specialties and members of multidisciplinary team
TO HELP, AID and PROVIDE patients and/or institutions, medical facilities with medicines and medical equipment
